My favorite backpacks

I’ve had an passion for bags and shoes for almost 4 years. And I’ve started collecting them 3 years ago. Today I am going to show you and review my two absolute favorite backpacks.

Chanel Graffiti backpack

I got this backpack from my aunt as a gift, I think 4 years ago. I’ve been using it a LOT since I got it. I absolutely love it. It fits a ton of stuff and it’s a great travel bag. You can also wear it with so many things. I would 100% recommend it.

I am not sure how much it costs, also because it’s pretty old.

Longchamp le pliage nylon backpack

I got this backpack in an airport in Munchen. I always wanted a Longhamp bag, but then i decided I would get more use out of the backpack. I believe this is the new collection. I don’t have it for a long time, I have it since December 2019. But I have used it literally everyday since. It looks kinda small, but it actually fits a ton of stuff. Also the material is really resistant to rain and dirt.

I paid around 85 euros for it. It’s worth every penny.

Let me know what your favorite bag is in the comment section. Have a great day!

XOXO, Delayla

Season accessories

Since I did a 2020 trends post, I thought I’d do one about the accessories. So here it is:

Square toe shoes

Balenciaga

Square toe shoes have been a “thing” since 2019, but apparently it will go on in 2020.

Big hoop earrings

Versace

Hoop earrings are one of my favorite accessories. They are so pretty and a little bit edgy. I love them.

Platforms

Dolce and Gabbana

As a pretty short person, I can say platforms are a real life savior. I wear them every chance I get.

Necklace bags

Versace

I don’t really know what to call these and I also don’t really know what you would use them for, but they are pretty cute.

10 items in your wardrobe that might have to go in 2020

Here are 10 items that I read and heard that you might have to get rid of in 2020.

  1. Very high heels will probably be switched out for lower and trendier footwear.
  2. Cold shoulder tops
  3. Skinny jeans you will see more loose type jeans in 2020.
  4. Chunky “dad” shoes is one of the things that I will miss.
  5. Mustard designers will swap out the condiment-inspired color for lighter and more saturated saffron shades.
  6. The neon trend will probably fade to black.
  7. Ripped jeans are on the way out.
  8. Patterned leggings will soon be a fashion faux pas.
  9. Pajama-like looks will probably be replaced with more comfortable, polished ensembles.
  10. Bike shorts will not be seen outside of the gym.

The slow disappearance of the fashion high streets

I was scrolling through some posts about fashion, and I found this one post about the death of the high street of fashion. And that got me thinking how most people prefer purchasing their clothes, bags, shoes, etc… online.

In my opinion nothing compares to entering a beautiful shop or boutique and looking around until you find something you like so much you have to buy it. I think one of my best experiences is when I earned some money on own and decided to go buy something. It may not be luxury, but I will always remember that feeling of entering the shop and search for something that catches my eye. And I found that one thing.

When I exited the shop with my purchase, I felt so ecstatic. I doubt that online shopping gives you that same feeling. Of course I also do online shopping, but I’m always anxious after I order something: “will the shoes fit me?” Or “what if it doesn’t look like the picture?” And so much more questions are passing through my head that I just can’t enjoy the actual shopping.

What do you think? Do you prefer online or boutique shopping?
